Aliveness of Nature

I closed my eyes for a moment, I felt a strong energy coming in. I felt the strength of ocean waves being created and destroyed in my throat. The ocean was happening in my throat as I was breathing, I saw a white diamond shinning bright in this very familiar ocean that I was holding.

Through my tongue something wants to be expressed, so strongly, so real. My mind wonders what it is, while my whole body is asking me to just give in to let Life do it. My jaws and throat are shaking, something in me is moving. It is not me alone, but Life and a mesh of connections turning on to express some ideas through this one. Some ideas that really want to be birthed, really want to be said. Some body feelings that want to reveal themselves.

I feel the aliveness of nature so strongly in my body today. Again, I am shaky, I feel the power of a rainforest in my chest an arms, tons of water are happening, unstoppable rain and waterfalls, an energy release of love, destroying the old patterns, rinsing down the impurities so that the naked energy can be expressed.

I feel the heat of the dessert in my belly, the hottest fire burning up. The clouds passing by so rapid on the sky, it feels like a timelapse, like time goes by and by. The burning keeps happening while the sky just witnesses quietly without interfering or judging.

My feet are growing plants, the fingers are curling branches full of leaves, my heels sink deep down into the Earth, they reach the core and I feel held, anchored.

I feel such an aliveness, I can barely contain it. All parts of my body are so alive. The shakiness is happening all around. There are skies, and starts, jungles, islands, mountains and suns. Planets, comets and moons, wild creatures that have been unknown to me until now. My body is so big, so vast, eternal and deeply alive. I see such beauty in all aspects. My eyes can’t contain all that I am seeing, I see everything all at once. I see all landscapes, all colours, I feel all the weathers, all the elements. I feel the inmensity of all the galaxies while I curl up in a tiny piece of stardust. I am here and I am beyond.
